General Terms for shop.vestlia.no

Please read our General Terms for shopping at shop.vestlia.no. By logging in and buying products and/or gift cards, you simultaneously accept and agree to the current terms. Significant changes in the terms will be notified by email to the email address registered in your customer profile.

 

Registration

In order to make purchases in our webshop you must have a shipping address in Norway (except for Svalbard and Jan Mayen) and a registered customer profile. Registration is free and without obligation to purchase. We store the information in a secure way, and the information will not be accessible to unauthorised persons. Once you have read through the conditions and accepted these, you will shortly have access to booking and shopping on shop.vestlia.no. Take good care of your password, and make sure no unauthorized person abuses your account. You choose your own password when you register.

 

Personal information

Personal information is handled according to the Personal Data Act. Customer information will not be sold to our partners.

 

Change of address

For security reasons, you must change the address on "My page" yourself. You can choose which address to use as billing and shipping address for future purchases, but changes made here will not affect existing orders. We send all goods to the delivery address that is stored on your order when we register your payment. If you want an order delivered to another address, it is important that you change the delivery address of your order before you pay.

 

Payment

We must have registered payment before we process the order. 

 

Cancellation of booked treatment

You have booked a treatment through shop.vestlia.no and you want to cancel this please contact our staff at spa@vestlia.no.

The cancellation period is not later than 24 hours before the booked treatment. If treatment is canceled after the deadline, the treatment will be charged in full.

 

Cancellation of ordered products

You have ordered a product and changed your mind so you can take advantage of the cancellation within the realm of grace period. Is the ordered products already on the way to you so you pay only the return cost of the record.
