Payment
Before the order can be processed the payment needs to be registered.
Shipping
Shipping costs will be added to the price of the ordered product. Shipping cost is calculated from the good’s weight and volume. Most items will be packed and shipped together, and we calculate an overall shipping cost for these.
Cash on Delivery
We do not ship COD.
Delivery Terms - Shipping by post
Shop.vestlia.no have shipments throughout Norway, with the exception of Svalbard and Jan Mayen. Delivery time varies for every product, but is usually between four and seven working days after registered payment. We are subject to longer delivery times during periods of heavy traffic at Vestlia Spa or our transportation partners.
Shop.vestlia.no is not responsible for announcing package arrival. Posten will send out a message when your package can be collected.
Should you not collect goods or refuse to receive them, goods will be returned to us at your expense. You will in such cases be charged a fee of NOK 300, - from the amount paid plus return shipping equal to original shipping. Original cost of shipping will not be credited.
If you request Posten to return the item and notify us beforehand that you take advantage of the right to withdrawal within the time limit, you only pay for the return shipping.
Damaged consignments
If you receive a damaged package via Posten, it is your duty as a customer to let us know. Goods that are damaged after sending by post must be presented at the post office and claim form must be completed.
All inquiries relating to claims, damage to goods or delivery inaccuracies shall be notified in writing by email to spa@vestlia.no. You will then get a response from our staff as soon as possible. Do not send back goods until you have been notified by us. This way, you avoid misunderstandings or unnecessary return costs.
